Ran with Kris today, we just wanted to put some miles together. We ran the river trail back and forth. It was nice weather like 57 degrees. We were slow but steady, not many people on the trail at like 7:30 in the AM. Went for the bike ride in the afternoon with Ryan and his new bike a CR2 Fore from Fezzari. He is excited that he can now start riding.

Great to see you this morning and run with your great wife!!! I hope you enjoyed the hills at your speedy pace.

GOOD LUCK to you two this weekend at the race! Let us know how you both did.

Dean, hope you guys had a great run in St. George this weekend. I am kind of jealous that you get to do all the fun stuff. Hopefully I will get to come along some time. See you back with the running group soon.
