Kris and I got to run in Parker, CO, it was in the high 40's and overcast. Nice day to run together. We are looking forward to our race (5K) on turkey day. Look out we are ready to race.

It has been a long time since I have run a 5 K race, it was fun I sure was tired the first mile, uphill and out of breath. My fastest mile was the last, I guess I was just getting into the swing of things. Come on lets do a marathon.
Kris an I are in Denver and we just need to get out on the road, so we ran 6 together around Lindseys house. It was a nice run, and we almost got our kids to run with us.
